These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Ainanet. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Ainanet is a social network: a feed and aina short videos, a marketplace, chats, and a map of local businesses, places and members of the community. The service is provided “as is” and may change as we add or remove features.
Who may use Ainanet
You must be 13 or older. By registering you confirm that you are at least 13, that you have a parent's or guardian's consent if the laws of your country require it for your age, and that you are not barred from using the service under those laws. Venus (the separate anonymous world) is only for users aged 18 and over. You enter your age once; only support can change it.
Your account
You sign in with Apple (iOS) or with Google or Apple (Android). You are responsible for access to your account and for everything done with it. Give truthful information and do not impersonate another person or organisation.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Ainanet has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. It is prohibited to post or send:
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or incitement to violence;
- sexual or pornographic content, and any sexual content involving minors (see Child Safety Standards);
- graphic violence, content promoting self-harm, terrorism or crime;
- other people’s personal data without consent;
- spam, scams, impersonation or misleading content;
- attempts to bypass technical limits, automated data collection or disrupting the service.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report and block from posts, comments, messages, groups, profiles, listings, offers and map places. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and ban users who post it. Serious violations lead to a ban without warning.
Marketplace
Listings and offers are posted by users. It is prohibited to offer:
- weapons, ammunition and explosives;
- drugs and other controlled substances;
- tobacco, vapes and e-cigarettes;
- alcohol where its sale is illegal;
- counterfeit or stolen goods;
- adult or sexual services;
- digital accounts, license keys and access credentials;
- anything else that is illegal.
Ainanet has no in-app payments and is not a party to deals between users. We do not check goods or services and do not guarantee payments. Deals are made directly between users and are their own responsibility.
Business accounts and ads
Business accounts must give accurate information about themselves, their products and prices, follow advertising and consumer-protection laws and must not promote prohibited goods or services. We may reject or remove business content and ads that break these terms.
Venus account
On the Venus world you use a separate Venus account with its own nickname, photo and rooms. Everyone has three rooms with one guest each; a guest knocks and the host lets them in. A room is freed when the guest leaves, the host asks them to leave, or either of them goes offline, and the conversation in it is deleted. Other members do not see that it belongs to you, and it is not linked to your personal or business account in anything they can see. All of these terms apply to it in full: it is still you, and abuse on Venus is handled like abuse anywhere else. If your main account is restricted or deleted, your Venus account is restricted or deleted with it. You can lock your Venus account (it disappears from the Venus map and nobody can knock on your rooms) or delete it at any time without affecting your main account.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. By posting you give us a non-exclusive licence to store, display and deliver it within the service so that other users can see it. You are responsible for having the right to post it.
Location
The map uses your location while the app is open. Other members see an approximate position shifted by about 1 kilometer, never your exact location, and no real distance to you — see the Privacy Policy. You can disappear from the map completely with the eye button, or turn off location access, at any time.
Price
Ainanet is free to use.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings (gear) → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for user content or for the results of your deals and agreements with other people, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
